The Psychameron is a place of deadly trials in the Kingdom of the Dead. Those who seek it enter through the Gilded Arena, where the statues that watch over it might grant passage. It is the lair of Achidna.^[1]

Trivia

The Soul Splitter is awarded on completion of this Dungeon and the Dead Lords quest.
The name Psychameron possibly have roots in Psyche, "mind" and Meron, which in insect Morphology, is the leg of an insect, alluding to this place being the lair of a lurking spider, as if it stretches a leg upon one's mind.
